Trader Joe's + Me = BFF

Greetings to all from the Tamale Palace!

I have just emerged, scrubbed, purified, and relaxed, from the shower.

Yes, relaxed. With five kids in the house. On a holiday.

I owe my zen-like state to these nifty products I picked up this weekend at Trader Joe's in anticipation of a Monday spent chillin' like a villain:

I have been using this scrub for YEARS. I have tried many many many body scrubs. 

$5 or not, this is the best-smelling, non-drying one out there.

I these little angels in the car, in my purse, and oh, yeah, in the dryer. Give 'em a little squeeze to crush the goodness inside. 

$3.99 for a pack of four satchels.

Peonies! Usually these beauties are harder to find in the desert than Sheriff Joe Arpaio not being corrupt. 

$6.99 a bushel. 

This is a new-ish concoction that won me over with a natural, non-overwhelmingly-awful-and-synthetic smell. It is so whipped and non-greasy I could eat it. Really. But I won't. Maybe.

Always a crowd pleaser, sweet and delicious.
